Enrollment Process

1. Let's Talk!

Before enrolling, we'd love for you to schedule a consultation! This allows us to sit down and talk in person or on the phone and answer any questions you may have. During our talk, we will discuss the handbook, calendar, and any other necessary information.

After a visit, and if enrollment at Kairos seems like a good fit for your family, enrollment forms will be sent to you.

2. Enroll

Registration fees will also be due at this step. After reviewing your application and receiving the fee, we will make the initial admission decision.

Registration fees are due no later than 3 days after the enrollment form is submitted. Registration fees are non-refundable and required for enrollment.

After your enrollment form and fees are received, and if your student is initially accepted, you'll submit previous academic records as well as the curriculum fee. Academic records will be reviewed at this time, and the final enrollment decision will be made.

Once the final enrollment decision is made, you will submit your child's birth certificate and the curriculum fee to claim your child's spot.
